| Q: |
What if a death occurs out of state? |
| A. |
Our staff will make all the necessary arrangements including the many preparations needed before transportation, as well as the actual transferal plans. |
| |
| Q. |
Who qualifies for advanced planning? |
| A. |
Anyone, up to age 99, can be accepted. Unlike other programs, health is not a factor. Those with terminal illnesses or other conditions are still eligible under a single payment plan. |
| |
| Q. |
Are there any payment options? |
| A. |
If you qualify, you may take up to ten years to fund your program. Should you pass away before the program is paid in full, the plan balance will automatically be paid for you. |
| |
| Q. |
Can I change my selections? |
| A. |
Absolutely. Your arrangements can be altered as much (or as little) as you'd like with a single phone call. |
| |
| Q. |
What if I move? |
| A. |
Not to worry. If you move, or even go on vacation, the value of your plan is always transferable to a nearby funeral home. |
| |
| Q. |
What about Medicaid? |
| A. |
Because your pre-funded funeral plan is considered an exempt asset, it will be protected. |
| |
| Q. |
What about inflation? |
| A. |
It's all taken care of. When you make a pre-funded arrangement, we'll guarantee the cost of all services and merchandise provided by our funeral home. |
