Continuing Care

Regardless of whether the passing of a loved one is sudden or long expected, the range of emotions and considerations left behind can be equally complicated and demanding. Unfortunately, there's no easy way to simply erase the pain and difficulty of loss. However, with plenty of help and encouragement it is possible to work through that grief and rebuild your life. 

Our Continuing Care Program provides ongoing support and understanding for any family who chooses Cook Funeral & Cremation Services. A variety of books and grief support materials are available through our Lending Library. Our quarterly Reflections newsletter includes articles on the many aspects of the grief journey as well as announcements about future workshops or seminars. In the fall, each family receives an invitation to participate in a special memorial Service of Remembrance. 

Grieving is a process that takes time. Many families have questions or concerns weeks or even months later. The Cook Family and Staff are here to help. Our Family Services Coordinator, Renée TerBeek, assists families with the many details that need attending to after the funeral.
